Step 5: Final Payment
Final Installment: 10% of the property value per 1/8th share
Due: Within 30 days after the property handover
Purpose: Final settlement, including furnishing and operational setup costs (if applicable).

Step 6: Management and Maintenance Fees
Annual Management Fee: 2% of the property value per year
Due: Annually, starting 1 month after property handover
Purpose: Covers property management, maintenance, and rental operations to generate income.
